Make Way For Ducklings runs a structured, scholarly, and safe environment for all of their students. Their communication with care givers is appropriate and timely. Involving families in their community is a priority and they always make us feel heard. My child leaves our house smiling and excited to start his school day and always looks forward to coming back when we leave. We couldn’t be happier with Make Way for Ducklings and we are so grateful for all of the opportunities they provide for our little life long learner!

We’re so thankful for Make Way for Ducklings! Our son was struggling at his previous daycare, but once he started here, everything changed. He was excited to go every day, made great friends, and learned so much. He’s now writing his name, recognizing all the letters, and even holding his pencil like a second grader. The teachers are incredible!

We are so glad we chose to send our son to MWFD. He truly enjoys every minute he is there. The school has been great with communication and always has something fun and educational planned for the kids. We couldn’t be happy with our choice!

We are so grateful for the love, care, and support our child received at Make Way for Ducklings. We love it here and my son has made huge strides. The teachers are amazing and make the kids feel safe. They have an incredible curriculum and are great with communication and working with parents to help the kids succeed. My son is definitely getting prepared for kindergarten

We love Make Way for Ducklings! Our son started his first year this past September and went in developmentally delayed. Three months in and he has made unimaginable strides thanks to the help of his wonderful teacher and the incredible staff. We could not be happier and can’t wait for him to go full-time!

Within the first week of our son attending, we quickly realized that this is not just child care–it’s full-on investment in your child’s development and learning. His teacher is creative, smart, caring and playful, and has truly taught our son SO MUCH. He loves going to school, loves to learn and loves to be with his friends.

In short–we love this place and are so excited to continue sending our son here!

We are so happy with our choice to send our daughter to MWFD. When our home daycare was closing we searched and searched for a new place and we are so lucky to have found MWFD. All the teachers are so kind and caring and always smiling. Our daughter runs into her classroom everyday and there is no better feeling than knowing your daughter is safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend !

My son started here in September and there has not been one single day that he isn’t excited to go in and happy when I pick him up! Excited to get our daughter in next September, I highly recommend this school to everyone ! Thank you for all you do for my child and all the many others, truly amazing work you do !

Our son has had such an amazing experience at Make Way for Ducklings since starting at just 2 years old in September 2025. He has learned so much already—academically, socially, and emotionally.

A very special thank you to his main classroom teacher, who has had such a positive impact on him. Her patience, warmth, and dedication shine through every single day. My son absolutely adores her and comes home sharing stories of all the fun he has in her class. We are truly grateful for the connection she’s built with him and the way she supports his growth. The extra time she takes to share photos of their day is also incredibly appreciated.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to the whole staff.  Their kindness and encouragement add so much to his experience. He talks about each of them often as well, along with all his classmates, which shows just how comfortable and happy he feels at school. It’s clear that the entire team works together to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment.

We can’t wait to see how much he grows through this year and the years to come! We are so thankful for the positive atmosphere at MWFD —one where learning is fun, friendships flourish, and every child is supported. I couldn’t be happier with our experience, and I highly recommend Make Way for Ducklings to any family looking for an exceptional preschool.

My daughter absolutely loves MWFD. She is always so excited for all the fun activities and new things she learns every day. She has grown so much in the few months she has been attending and we are so grateful to her teacher and everyone else!

We were looking for a part time PK for our daughter and so many friends recommend MWFD. They were not wrong! MWFD is a great school. Our daughter loves going and asks to go full time. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The kids and their needs truly come first. I could go on and on about things we love about MWFD.

We truly could not be happier with our experience at this daycare. From day one, we have felt so comfortable and confident leaving our son in their care, which says everything as a parent.

What makes this place so special is the people—especially his teacher.  She is incredibly patient, nurturing, and attentive, and it’s so clear how much she genuinely loves and cares for the kids. Our son absolutely adores her, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is with someone who treats him with such kindness and warmth every single day.

We’ve watched him grow, learn, and thrive in this environment. He comes home happy, engaged, and clearly well cared for. The communication, consistency, and level of care they provide truly set them apart.
